Meet our Awesome Team

Timothy Walker, MD

Meet Dr. Timothy Walker! He’s complex in Florida terms: completed undergrad at FSU and graduate school at Florida, so there’s something everyone can love! He’s double Board Certified in Family Medicine and in Addiction Medicine, and he found a passion in Emergency Medicine, too. He’s maintained a private practice for the past 20+ years and now is excited to expand his services to the community by opening Square One together with his wife. Besides keeping up with his 5 adult children and many furry friends, Dr. Walker enjoys the great outdoors in any respect, horseback riding, cooking, and reading (he’s a history buff if you want to test him).

Hannah Walker

DNP, MSN, RN, FNP-BC

Meet Hannah Walker, DNP, MSN, RN, FNP-BC. Wow! That’s a lot of letters. Hannah is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) by way of the Doctor of Nursing Practice program at FSU (DNP) all while deciding she really liked educating people on health and wellness, so she picked up a Masters in Nursing Science in Nursing Education (MSN) along the way.

She, like Dr. Walker, also took a liking to Emergency Medicine and after working several years in the ED, decided its time to support the community by opening Square One to promote health and wellness. Hannah also enjoys the outdoors, gardening, hobby farming, cooking, reading, and her beloved canine kiddos.

Rachel Elliott

MSN, FNP-C
Meet Rachel Elliot, MSN, FNP-C, passionate and dedicated nurse practitioner with several years of experience in the emergency department. She’s honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of patient care and medical practice. Rachel completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and went on to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree through Chamberlain University, specializing in the nurse practitioner track.

As a NP, her goal is to provide exceptional healthcare services to individuals of all ages, focusing on both their physical and emotional well-being. In Rachel’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children. Favorite activities include going to the beach, boating, hiking, and going on adventures!

Rita Sekula

FNP-C

Meet Rita Sekula, a dedicated and compassionate nurse practitioner with a background in emergency care. She joined the Square One team in the Fall of 2024. Rita has been a nurse for over 19 years. She completed her BSN in 2017 and MSN through Columbus State University in 2020, specializing in Family Nurse Practice. After working in urgent care for the past several years as a nurse practitioner, she’s thrilled to bring her skills and experience to the field of aesthetics. Rita loves helping clients look and feel their best and supporting them on their wellness journeys. Outside of work, Rita is a proud mom of two daughters and enjoys kayaking, traveling, and tackling DIY projects, especially woodworking.

Caysee Cruce

Licensed Esthetician
Certified in Microneedling & Phlebotomy

Caysee’s about me is: “Hi, I’m Caysee! I’m a Licensed Esthetician originally from Perry, Florida, and I’ve called Tallahassee home since March of 2022. I have always had a passion for helping others, which led me to work as a 911 dispatcher for over three years. While I loved serving my community, my heart had always been in esthetics—a passion I’ve had since I was 16 years old.

In Spring of 2025, I decided to pursue my esthetics license. Since graduating, I’ve completed multiple continuing education courses to expand my knowledge and sharpen my skills. I’m committed to providing results-driven treatments while creating a comfortable, personalized experience for every client. I’m so excited to be part of the Square One team and can’t wait to help you achieve your dream skin.

Brooke Obermeyer Spencer

Front Desk

Meet Brooke! Brooke is a nursing school student with plans to become a medical injector. She’s from Winter Park, Florida, and some of her favorite pastimes are going to the beach, cooking, and hanging out with friends. Brooke joined our team in the fall of 2024.

With a background in hospitality, I’ve always been passionate about taking care of people and creating memorable experiences. Whether it’s helping someone feel at home or planning something special, I believe the little details make the biggest impact. Outside of work, I’m all about quality time with my family and friends, relaxing at the beach, and enjoying life with my pets by my side.

Heather Lundstrom

Bookkeeper

With two decades of experience in healthcare leadership as a Chief Financial Officer, Heather brings to the table expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency. Her journey includes pivotal roles contributing to the success of healthcare organizations.

She is now looking to use those talents at Square One Aesthetics as Office Manager. She and her husband share a special bond with dogs and used to run a rescue in Arizona. They have just recently relocated to Florida to enjoy the tranquility of the beach and farm life. Heather is the proud mother of four children and now spoils her three grandchildren, too.
